The collection draws on historical clothing and accessories.

Floral brocade, gold embroidery, painted fans and cameo jewellery inform the five designs. These references appear in the fabrics, shapes and decorative details.

The project combines a fashion collection with a proposed programme of styling, beauty and fashion-history discussions.
